The realization of a child-friendly school requires the support various parties, namely family and community, which are indeed closest educational centers for children. Deli Serdang Regency, schools one innovations in formal, non-formal informal education units that safe, clean healthy, care have culture environment, able to guarantee, fulfill, respect children's rights protect children from violence, discrimination, other abuses participation, especially planning, policy, learning, monitoring, complaint mechanisms related fulfillment protection education. research was conducted at junior high country 3 Labuhan One Roof, Regency. approach is qualitative with survey method indicators. results study concluded: (1) Schools written commitments regarding policies, but not all them been implemented, anti-violence policies form official letters internal schools, (2) Realization learning process through non-violent discipline enforcement (3) Educators staff regularly attend training according characteristics (4) School facilities infrastructure met safety requirements terms both building structures, security systems, lighting cleaning facilities, (5) Child participation realized provision opportunities communities formulate regulations, (6) cooperation parents/guardians, community organizations, business world, alumni stakeholders.
